Refund Policy

1. Service Payments
Payment for bicycle repair and maintenance services is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For large custom builds or special orders, a deposit may be required.
Refunds for services: If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please bring it to our attention immediately upon pickup or within 7 days. We will evaluate the issue and, if our workmanship is to blame, we will correct it at no additional charge.
2. Parts Purchases
Parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are:
- In original packaging
- Unused and in resale condition
- Accompanied by a receipt
Custom-ordered parts and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
Refunds for parts will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit at your preference.
3. Labor Warranty
Our service warranty covers defects in our workmanship:
- Basic Adjustment: 30-day warranty
- Standard Tune-Up: 90-day warranty
- Complete Overhaul: 90-day warranty
If a problem arises due to our workmanship during the warranty period, we will correct it free of charge. This does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear.
4. Manufacturer Warranties
Parts and components are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with manufacturers for defective parts. Warranty periods and coverage vary by manufacturer and product.
5. Custom Builds and Special Orders
Custom bicycle builds and special-ordered parts require a 50% deposit at the time of order. Deposits are non-refundable once the order is placed. If we cannot fulfill the order or the product is defective, you will receive a full refund.
6. Gift Cards and Store Credit
Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable but never expire. They can be used for any services or merchandise at our shop.
7. Unclaimed Items
Bicycles and parts left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion or parts availability may be sold to recover costs. A lien is placed on items under South Dakota law for amounts owed.
