1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or utilizing our bicycle repair services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Descriptions

Pedal & Paddle provides bicycle repair, maintenance, and related services. We strive to accurately describe our services and pricing, but we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, current, or error-free. Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Services require appointments. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the estimated service cost.

4. Service Estimates

Initial estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required. We will contact you before proceeding with any additional work or costs exceeding the original estimate by more than 10%.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For parts orders, payment may be required in advance.

6. Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on labor for Standard Tune-Ups and Complete Overhauls. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts.

7. Pickup Policy

Bicycles must be picked up within 14 days of service completion. After 14 days, storage fees of $5 per day may apply. After 30 days, unclaimed items may be sold to cover outstanding costs.

8. Liability

While we exercise reasonable care in handling and servicing bicycles, Pedal & Paddle is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend removing personal items from bicycles before service.

9. Website Use

This website and its content are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Links to our website require our approval.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pierre, South Dakota.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
